Processing & Shipping Times

At T Culture Fragrances, we carefully prepare every order before it leaves our hands. Please read the information below to understand our processing, delivery and collection options.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Order Processing

All perfume orders require 3–5 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Once your order has been successfully received, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier's delivery schedule.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier volumes, public holidays and circumstances outside of our control.

High-Risk Delivery Areas

If your delivery address falls within a high-risk or surcharge area, we will contact you before dispatch.

You may be asked to:

1. Provide an alternative delivery address, or

2. Pay the additional delivery surcharge quoted by the courier.

Your order will only be dispatched once the required arrangements have been confirmed.

Order Notifications

Please note that you will generally receive two main order communications from us:

1. Order Confirmation
Confirmation that we have received your order.

2. Tracking Details
Sent once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your package.

If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will notify you via email and/or WhatsApp.

Namibia & Botswana Deliveries

We also offer deliveries to Namibia and Botswana.

International delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery procedures. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Namibia

Namibia shipments are delivered as far as Windhoek. Customers will need to make their own arrangements for collection from Windhoek.

Customs clearance times may affect the overall delivery time.

Can I Collect My Order?

T Culture Fragrances is an online store, and orders are normally shipped directly to customers.

However, public-area collection points in or around Boksburg may be available by arrangement.

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be paid for before they can be processed and dispatched.
